You're in 4 on the uncontested auction 1 - 1 - 1NT - 4.

     A9
     J972
     AJ976
     J4

     QT7632
     AT
     53
     AQ6

Yes, partner's hand is a normal opening bid. You can blame me for that one :D

Anyway, the lead is the 7. Plan the play.

Not wanting to pre-empt your decision at trick one (if there is one), I have some hidden text for you -
If you play the J:
Spoiler

If you play the 4:

I'll start with the J (assume it gets covered) and try a to the 9. Assuming something bad happens like it loses to the 10, I'll with the return (say a club) and ruff a club. A and heart to the Ace and I'm at the crossroads, having to play for Kx or Jx.

If the 9 pushes out an honor, I'll win the return and take another diamond hook. Assume it wins, I'm in real good shape. There's a few variations, but I'll try the A now. it probably gets ruffed, and I'll play A, ruff a club, ruff the 4th diamond, spade to Ace and the 5th diamond ditching a heart.

I don't think we have the entries to play for some kind of nice friendly heart position and keep the rest of our options open.
