What's your bid? And what does it mean?

♠KJT
♥
♦AK98xx
♣KTxx
Pa 1♥ 2♦ 4♥
Pa Pa ???
What do you do now? What would double mean? What are your other options?

The only other possibilities are:
- Pass, which seems very conservative
- 4NT, showing clubs but with a two-card disparity. That's less flexible, in that it doesn't allow for playing 4♠ or 4♥x. I might bid 4NT with a more minor-suit oriented hand like xxx - AKJxxx KQJx

What do you do with hand AQ xxx AQxxx KJx? I would start with overcall and want to double now. But if you double in first round with this type of hand then no problems

Passed partner helps here because you know that partner is unlikely to hold long or good enough spades to let opponents to stab your hand.
So 4NT to show 2 places to play and emphasis on longer ♦

I still double though. But I am not fully sure I wouldn't had doubled the round before.

We are all connected to each other biologically, to the Earth chemically, and to the rest of the universe atomically.
We're in the universe, and the universe is in us.

I'd overcall 2♦ and then pass 4♥. Partner can bid his own hand. If he's got xxxx x Kxx AQxxx he should have acted already.

I agree that these shapes are possible, but I'm surprised that you think them more likely. How much would you need to bid again with a 6322 shape here?

Hate quitting with 6-suit and void their suit, but what likely makes? 4H raise won the auction as intended, will 4H win the scoring?

18 or so I guess.
The reason why the offshape double is more likelly (to me) is because with perfect shape (3163) I prefer to double the round before.

It was an english satire-show, maybe as old as the '90.
