Of course Unions should be able to contribute to a political campaign. Any campaign they choose to. The whole point is to influence the political process, not do nothing.

and if your partnership agreement says to open all 6 card suits,11 hcp hands at the one level...do it or change your agreements. :(

December 29 weather forecast from Christoph Niemann (Berlin), for time traveling parents and grandparents with young children:

Freezing, 75 percent chance of going nuts while spending a whole weekend indoors. Playground visit exposes remarkable velocity of synthetic winter outfits.

If you can find it, Catnip oil (nepetalactone) is ten times more effective than DEET and is not toxic.

(And your cat will thank you for it!)

this thread has the potential to surpass even the Venice Cup thread. a little political banner that caused a lot of attention but which eventually got almost completely forgotten. but off topic? how can you suddenly forget to post off topic mumblings?

What's up with the "close door" button in elevators? It doesn't really close the door any faster in most cases, right? What purpose does it serve, in that case?

So it is okay to beg steal and borrow? To use drugs to enhance the brain? Steroids to improve your play?

I hate these guys. They tried to gain an unfair advantage.

By the way do you know what "Besenkammer" is in English?
Kind Regards

A professor walks into a lecture hall and finds 25 students sitting there. He says "I bet $100 that any two of you share the same birthday (day + month)"

Assuming you or the professor has no advance knowledge of students birthdays, would you take on the bet with the professor?

This random guy comes up to you and offers to pay you $100k each day for a month if you give him 1cent the first day and later double each day. Would you agree to this?

Of course not, he obviously calculated the profit from it no?
