However I feel that there is a major partnership issue if you bid 4♠ and your partnership has standards or expectations that this is rule of two (or whatever your standards might be).
If partner takes any action after you bid 4♠ you can be fairly sure that she will be disappointed in your hand.
I believe that the USA currently hold only the World Championship For People Who Still Bid Like Your Auntie Gladys - dburn
