I suppose you are implying that unfavorable I might be able to push them into 5H? I don't think it's that likely but it's possible, still I am not going to try to bid tactically here and am just going to make the right value bid.

I did bid 4. Partner does not need a lot to make 4 (eg 2 Kings).
I did go -1, but it should have been -2.
Maybe I'm imaging too much the best minimum hand for partner (a hand that passes 3 and we make 4)
