Not quite but close. In multi-Landy the 2D bid is specifically a major, in reverse Capp/Ham/Pott it can be any suit. It is true that alot of players do not get this distinction. There are also other variants, for example switching the 2M overcalls to 1-suited natural and moving the 5M-4+m hands to 2C.
