Systems on doesnt seem to make much sense, since most hands worth Stayman or a transfer would have coughed up a 2H or 2S bid over 2D.
I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it, since it's very possible to play bridge for 20 years and never see this auction. (I haven't.) Makes me think I should find a more frequent meaning for the 2NT call.

I would think everything is natural NF, and 3D is like stayman. Definitely good to talk about this auction, I doubt most expert partnerships have an agreement.

With no second double from partner, and no responsive double from my hand, I don't think looking for a fit with crap and 4-4 majors would be a good idea. I vote for everything natural, except maybe a real dog with 5-5 majors could try 3D.

I actually have one for 1NT rebids (sys ON if pard acted his 1st turn, OFF otherwise), although for this situation in particular I'd have to see that as a meta-agreement.
