Bidding slam without controlling all suits.

Maybe posting this is beating a dead horse, but we should be able to avoid playing 6S on this one after I deny club control.

Ugggh, yes! Terrible. Especially looking at how bad for slam the spade raise was.
There is a big difference between a good decision and a good result. Let's keep our posts about good decisions rather than "gotcha" results!

Well, you only denied the A in GIB's bidding system. Of course we all know that said system sucks.

Unfortunately the bidding description says you have 7+ (8421) pts in clubs,  of course who knows what GIB really had in its hand register for you- just more sloopy rubbish in the bidding rules.

Hmmm... on my computer screen it says that he has 7- 8421 pts in clubs.

Other questions raised on this hand include:
(a) Should the description of 3 include "4+S", or should it say "3+S"?
(b) After hearing the 4 bid, should West find the club lead?

3 is inaccurate call, overbidding hand values.

It's fixed in next update to follow promised values, which means this hand will pass as doesn't fit neither 3, neither X ( 4+ 10+TP ) or 3 (14+TP 5+good).
