When playing a 2-3 MPs board round, we normally don't have CC avaible.

When I am declarer, I often avoid asking my opponents what their cardng methods are untill I need the info, this is because I have the feeling that if I don't ask, opponents might think I am not paying attention and signal clearly to me, while if I aske they are more inclined to falsecard, since they are aware I am paying attention.

2 questions:

-Is it correct to do this?
-If both players have made carding signals, whom should I ask questions to?

I think it's fine.

If it's a question about their methods in general, you can ask either. If it's a question about a specific card, you should ask the partner of the player who played it.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

I agree, although I'm fed up with these experts asking me if I have any idea what signals we play. :)

Sounds like a "yes/no" question. Why not just answer "yes"?

Because a forum is for discussion?

What makes you think the answer is yes?

The fact that I do have an idea what signals we play.

That's what the expert asked about, wasn't it?
