Seeing as there are a few topics on this theme already, I'll add one I had a couple of weeks ago:

West leads a club, and a strong declarer finds a reasonable way to go down.

Hmmm.. probably declarer thought RHO had the diamond king for his vulnerable overcall and, seeing hearts break, tried to put endplay him?

Still, there's no way to go down unless RHO miscounts East's hand.

I can see it if W led the 2 from his doubleton and declarer assumed they were 7-1 so didn't duck, then guarded against a stiff K by playing A and another.

South won first club, and then played a diamond to the king to cover diamond singleton. Too bad he didn't also catter for clubs 6-2

EDIT: What cyberyeti said.

whereagles pretty much got it. Declarer decided to duck the initial club, winning the second and started cashing major suit winners in case hearts were 3-3 and the Q drops meaning the diamond finesse wouldn't be necessary. When hearts did break 3-3, he cashed the 4th heart throwing a diamond, and East threw a club (and West a diamond). Thinking that East was trying to hold onto Kx in diamonds, not having a full count on the hand (both hands playing bottom up on the spades when the AK were cashed- playing udca), he exited a club. East quickly claimed -1.
