I agree with bidding a black suit at the 4 level but...
"definitely that's what I like to play when I'm playing standard - I want to be able to bid diamonds because bidding good suits is important in bridge" - Meckstroth's opinion on weak 2 diamond

I have a simular thread - Please major first, never minor after takeout..
It appears it has yet to deal with this problem well.

Thanks for reporting it.

The problem was this hand was too strong to bid 3 ( major first ) and too short to bid 4 ( needed 5+ cards ).

If N/S weren't vulnerable that hand would have overcall 3 instantly.

Will be addressed about better solution ( or reducing length in major to bid game ).

Sorry, this response makes no sense. How can N be "too strong" to bid 3S yet bid 4C, which is also a minimum advance promising no strength?
