Application for bridge instructors Looking for a copy of Bridgevue or Bridgeview

I understand that someone associated with BBO by the name of Gittlemen ? wrote an application that is quite useful for instructors. I am a certified ACBL instructor and am currently in a class being taught by Larry Cohen and Michael Berkowitz. They suggested I check with BBO to get a copy of the application. Your help and direction as to how to get this application is appreciated.

The original Bridge Base, Inc. corporation that sold standalone applications is no longer in business, and these products are no longer available. Sorry.

Fred Gitelman is of course somewhat more than "a person associated with BBO".
