Again I feel there is a certain amount of overanalysis, a strong NT will go -1 or -2 and you should be taking 1♦at least-2 (declarer can get out for -2, but it can easily go -3), failing to do this will not have done your score any good, I think 3S-1 or 2 is a very likely result.

I would double, make the hand a bit more extreme (5432, AKJ10, Axx, xx) I'd overcall 1♥.
