on BBO server, deals in standard tournaments and tables are purely random. That your limited personal experience suggests otherwise does not mean much.
You are mistaken; the deals are totally random; it has been proven to be true repeatedly.

Your hand records are public for all to see.
Before your post you played four boards.. the first one matches your story; your partner bid 4♥ over the opponents' 3NT game with a 4531 12 count while you passed throughout, and was taken 5 down doubled.
On board 2, you were certainly dealt good cards, and were in a 3NT contract:
You had two options when playing the second diamond in dummy; cash the Ace and hope the J drops or there's a 3-3 break, or play the ten. If South has Jxx or Jx, you must cash the Ace. If North has Jxxx, you must finesse. In other cases, it doesn't matter what you do. The first option is more likely, and if you had taken that line you would have made 9 tricks, like most other tables.
Well, as long as you had remembered to unblock the club first. (Actually, even without this, a very lucky lie of the cards meant you would have made anyway even if you forgot.)
On board 3, you were also dealt good cards with an opening hand, and made an easy 11 tricks in 3NT.
On board 4, you were dealt good cards yet again and found yourself in game, though with your partner declaring.
With North expected to have the vast majority of the points, your partner instead tried playing South for the trump K, and that failing, playing South for the club A, against the odds. Even after losing the trump, making the percentage play of the club K would have made the contract.
But all of that should have been moot, since you can almost guarantee the contract by playing the trump A at trick 2, intending to play another three rounds of diamonds to throw a club.
You then left and promptly posted this forum message.
If there is a bias, it appears to be towards you - not only are you getting dealt good hands, but also ones where the best line makes the contract!

BBO keeps track of people who complain about the cards they getting, and then gives them even worse cards. Do you know somebody who has been getting good cards? If so, create a new account with their username, and then just add something like a "2" at the end. This will confuse BBO and then you will consistently get good cards because BBO will think you are somebody else.
Another thing you can do is to constantly praise BBO in the chat and constantly say how great BBO is. This will raise your social credit score and eventually you will start to get better than average cards.

In case you are new here and not familiar with the Forums humor -- this is a joke.
However, praising BBO will cannot hurt I would also suggest as a lesser known "hack": whenever partner does a poor play, if you respond with a "nice try partner" or "no problem, we're here to have fun" this confuses our system and completely messes our abuse scanners.

All I know is that the BBO dealer is as random as the club games. I know it because I still get to play APAD, the convention that is (only) on my card and not partner's.
Thankfully, also like in FtF, I do get cards in the other three seats.
(*) Always Pass As Dealer.
(**) Yes, this is also a joke.

Diana, I can't upvote your post, so I will do it here.
