Win heart ACE.
Cash one club (king is fine). Is suit 5-0. Assume for this reply the answer is no (both follow). So we have 5C, 3H, 1S, and 2D (even if hook loses). So, take diamond hook. Assume that loses. Now we play for a squeeze, person with 4H (if hearts are 3-3 no problems) also has spade king. Keep a high heart in hand, cash diamond winner and spade ACE (vienna coup, entries fine no matter return after diamond wins).
End position is something like one of the follow two either
If the diamond jack wins, there is one of two reasons. The first is the hook truely wins (west DK) or east refused to win for some reason (avoid correcting count?)
Now the play is more interesting. You still have 11 winners, but you have two losers. You could play west for SK, DK, and 4 hearts. You have three suit squeeze on him, but it will not repeat. If EAST has the spade king (and west the reds), there is no squeeze because of no threat suit in the upper hand (north).
One possibility is to just lead spade up the queen, this will allow a squeeze on west anytime he has 4 spades and east the spade king (west in spades and hearts). But I think what I would play for is the hand with four hearts (if any) also has the spade king at this point. So I would cash my diamond ace and run my club winners, coming too something like this...
