Unfortunately I will probably have to lead from this hand a couple more times, and I'm not really looking forward to it. Unless of course that club works out!

Just because you don't like to underlead kings you shouldn't make suicide leads instead. Doubleton queen is one of the worse leads, probably the worse lead from a single honnor.
I would lead a club myself, the spade holding asks for passivity.

For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.

Since we know dummy has 4 hearts it is easy for me to picture full scenarios, some of them very ugly.
In my mind the club just leads into a big (?) cloud becaus eI have no idea, and I lack of info to generate samples. That's why I like clubs more.

Free asks "I found this hand difficult to find a good lead. What's your choice and what's your reasoning? Any difference between MP and imp scoring?"
It's hard to guess what to do. As Cherdano says, given your strength, it's unlikely that partner can run his suit, even if you set it up. So I rank ...
1. ♠2. Hope partner has a ♠ honor.
2. ♦Q. Might be better at MPs.
3. ♣5. Could work if partner has 6 or 7 of them.
4. ♥2.
