Removal from tables

Just been removed from first game on table, after l bid 1S in response to my partner( the host's) bid of 1C. I am just a beginner and would like to know what l did wrong. Had the host simply checked my profileor in my ignorance did l commit a bridge cardinal sin? Would appreciate any help!

Without looking at the hands it is hard to say if you did anything wrong. Right or wrong, just move on. Don't waste time dwelling on such episodes. It is bound to happen again
