Pass. This hand does not meet my opening standards, and I don't think it's profitable to preempt with this hand either. We have the boss suit and RHO has passed, better to wait for partner.

Some people play a 'both majors' preempt but these typically start at 5-4. I think this hand is not even that suitable for such an opening, to be honest.

Frelling 2♥ is defined as 4+♥ & 4+♠ or 5+♣ so if worried about having 6♥5♠ just call the convention by a different name. In practice I view this 6-card ♥ suit as a 5-carder given the suit quality. I doubt this hand will play anywhere but a Major so 2♥ is the easiest way to state your intentions.

If I'm looking at my hand on BBO I see the spades longer than the hearts, so the choice is simple
